I can't say the same about Verizon wireless service in SW Florida. Apparently, many, if not all, Customers have not regained full cell service since Hurricane Ian hit, AND it's '911' service is fully inoperable. So much for 5G/CDMA technology??? Post that in your next TV ad.2/2

@VZWSupport I have used DM. LOOK AT MY HISTORY I can’t keep tweeting the same thing over and over. Verizon is the worst 21 years of loyalty and they have ruined my credit for an error on their part. They pretend they will help to shut me up. Shams

@Verizon don’t fall for their phony scams. Get a much better deal at Sprint. They sucked me in for 21 years and now are holding me hostage for a bill I do not owe. Refuse to fix my credit! Ruined over this. I am a senior citizen they use you! Bad Company

Hello @anandmahindra. I came for the interview today at your Hyderabad Madhapur office for Verizon Non voice process. And the interview was done. I answered all the questions of the interviewer at last the interviewer gave the wrong feedback stating that I have family problems.

@champagneuglyy Spectrum. We have two phones unlimited everything for $60/month. And the service is good they use Verizon’s towers.

@hmeisler Spectrum has no cell network. The operate on the Verizon Wireless network. I would stick with the pros. Verizon AT&T T-mobile

@VerizonSupport After being a customer for over 20 YEARS with 4 lines, I am disappointed in the level of service (or lack thereof), wasted time and run around I am getting for a faulty iphone. You’ll are going downhill, so maybe we need to go elsewhere.

No #verizonoutage update from @VerizonSupport, but I tried rebooting my phone (for the 15th time) after 20+ hours of SOS and it came back with 5G service. I hope other impacted customers are back up too.
