Just got confirmation that my phone was sim card swapped on my Verizon plan by an iphone 12 from an unauthorized user. I also found out there was fraud on my account like I had been begging Verizon for help. I've lost tens of thousands because of this and so much more. HELP?

I WALKED INTO T ******* MOBILE and DECKED THE HALLS DOWN IN VERIZON LOOKING LIKE A DROWNED, HARASSED, RAT. no kiki for me.so yeah that was more a “this is what j have but Wireless Care so yay!” and a crackerjack sticker saved my *** one day. that backpack VZ sent came handy..

to conclude - T-Mobile USA os an OUTSTANDING company to work for. 10/10 — had a garbage training experience. Verizon? Pay - eh but it gave me my life back when I was losing it all over again. One of those companies like Wawa whose values will change and redirect your life

TO BE FAIR@Verizon’s V to V program did award me a large sum of money (2.2k) to assist with my emergency move which was just something i needed so badly — although it didn’t end well.a lot of companies do a lot for their employees - so, it is nice to have this kind of support

I worked for T-Mobile USA and Cellco Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless. i ain’t gonna lie, just like VZ better but TMO? not the worst choice, especially with EIPs vs DPPs. i can kinda finance on T-Mobile better than i would be able to Verizon, with little service differences..

No #verizonoutage update from @VerizonSupport, but I tried rebooting my phone (for the 15th time) after 20+ hours of SOS and it came back with 5G service. I hope other impacted customers are back up too.
